This dealership treats you like family from the first phone call inquiring about a motorcycle and still continues after the purchase. I drove 1700 miles round trip to get a 2019 CVO Road Glide. Why??? Well, customer service, family oriented, price. This was by far one of the best purchasing experiences in over two decades of owning Harleys at a Harley Davidson Motorcycle dealership. Drove 5 hours to pick my bike up from American Eagle, and I have to say it was absolutely worth it! Was an amazing experience with the whole team! They were thorough on explaining everything and showing me around, but they weren't overly pushy on all the extra up sales like most dealers are! Made me feel welcome and like I was part of the family! If you need a bike hit Gary Cox and the team at American Eagle Harley up, you won't be disappointed!!
Today I passed my riding academy at American Eagle Harley-Davidson, and when I tell you it was the best experience I MEAN IT! I had never rode a motorcycle before let alone drive one and Shannon (my riding coach) helped me every step of the way. She was completely knowledgeable, professional and patient. I never felt out of place or scared when I was with her, I cannot thank you enough! What an awesome experience now time to get my endorsement!
I must say in a world with no customer service anymore this place is the complete opposite of that. I pulled up and was automatically greeted by the manager and my sales rep to during the process team members would come and congratulate you on your purchase and introduce themselves. My sales rep “Wiqed” is amazing not only did he look out for my well being but also time and transportation to get the bike. When I say he went over and beyond my expectations he really did. Hell I’m a salesman for a whole different industry and I actually learned a few tips for my customers. Wiqed & American Eagle Harley Davidson treat you like family! You won’t be disappointed!
Let me tell you, these guys at American Eagle live and breathe for these bikes. WIQED helped me find a bike I could get financed for and walked me through all the processes that would need to be handled to finish everything up. He even hooked me up with an insurance agent to get a low rate on my bike, he sent them all the information he knew they would need and all I had to do was call them and complete the payment! When I picked up the bike, he showed me all the cool features on it, showed me all the controls to make sure I knew what was what, etc. WIQED has even kept in touch with me in the past few weeks after I bought my bike to make sure everything on the bike was to my liking and make sure I'm not having any problems that needed to be remedied, so far so good! All the people at American Eagle were very helpful from the ladies showing me all the gear in stock, to the parts guys and shop guys walking me through the processes of ordering/paying for parts and scheduling shop times, etc.
Did a beginner rider course at this location and everything was great! Jim Rowland our coach did a great job! He made sure we learnt the basics well and practiced it thoroughly. He is a fun guy and his riding experience really helped us …
